Class Policies Our class policies are stated to protect everyone involved in our classes. Please take the time to read over the policies below. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! 1. Class fees MUST be paid IN FULL at the time of registration. If you're registering by phone more than one (1) week prior to the class date, 24 hours is acceptable for receipt of payment. Class registration may be done in person, by mail, via our online store, or by phone. We will accept credit card payments by phone. 2. A refund of store credit is only provided if you cancel one (1) week prior to the start date of the class. If you cancel less than one (1) week prior to the start date of the class, no refund will be given, unless you are able to fill your spot, in which case a store credit will be provided. 3. If Michelle's Quilts cancels a class due to inclement weather or lack of participation, your enrollment may be transferred to another class or your monies refunded. 4. Space is reserved on a first come, first serve, basis. Register early! 5. Guests CANNOT accompany you to classes unless the registration fee is paid. No exceptions! 6. Children are not allowed in the classroom. While we understand the difficulty in arranging childcare, the equipment in the studio is industrial by nature and can be very dangerous to young, curious, children. 7. A 10% discount will be given when purchasing the required, or recommended, materials for a class that's already been paid for. 8. Supply lists will be provided at the time of registration. If a list is not available at that time, you will be notified as soon as it becomes available. 9. Students are required to bring a sewing machine and basic sewing supplies to each class (unless stated otherwise). Basic sewing supplies include: scissors, thread, seam ripper, marking pencil, rotary cutter, ruler. Please be prepared for class!10. Each student MUST have a LEGAL COPY of the pattern or book that's being used in the class. Patterns cannot be reproduced, copied, or shared. 11. If help is required in the selection of class materials, please request assistance in picking out the materials prior to the start date of the class. 12. Classes will start promptly at the scheduled time. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up and be ready to start! |
