Michelle's Quilts services and repairs all makes and models of sewing/embroidery machines and sergers. All machines are serviced on-site by a factory trained and authorized technician.
Our current turn-around time on machines is 1-2 weeks.
There is a 30 day warranty on service. Please note that we cannot service any machine that is currently under warranty!! Doing so would void the warranty.
You do not need an appointment to drop your machine off. Please bring the following with your machine:
* Power Cord
* Foot Control
* Bobbin Case with Bobbin
* Embroidery unit with hoop (if applicable)
* Services Include:
- Clean, Oil and Adjust. We recommend that you have your machine tuned up once per year. It will be a much happier machine and will perform at its best.
